Session 1: Future Finder Challenge winner showcase
Gladeo and Workbay will demonstrate their digital career navigation tools and discuss how they can benefit adult learners and adult education providers alike. The organizations will also share their experiences working with educators and learners across the adult education landscape. The session will be introduced by LaToya Newson, Director of the Division of Adult Education and Literacy in the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education (OCTAE).

Session 2: Digital career navigation for a changing workforce
The workforce and its requirements are rapidly shifting, and career navigation services have become increasingly vital to career success. But these services are not always accessible to adult learners. In response to this challenge, innovators are developing new digital tools to support adult learners in launching and advancing their careers.
Gladeo and Workbay will join Priyanka Sharma (World Education) and Amber Gallup (New Mexico Higher Education Department) for an illuminating panel discussion about opportunities and obstacles for digital career navigation. The panel will be moderated by LaToya Newson, Director of the Division of Adult Education and Literacy in the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education (OCTAE).
